And the Award Goes to …

Happy New Year! 2016 is here and we’re gearing up for another great year. Stratacomm celebrated the holiday season in our typical holiday party fashion – fellowshipping with colleagues and reminiscing on the successes of 2015. One of the highlights is announcing and celebrating our annual Team Player of the Year award winners.

Meet the winners of the 2015 Stratacomm Team Player of the Year award:

Shannon Hartnett, partner and vice president of administration, is our Washington, D.C. office winner. The longest tenured employee of the firm, Shannon has been with Stratacomm for 17 years. Overseeing HR and office operations, Shannon keeps the wheels in motion. Welcoming, engaged and passionate, Shannon motivates and encourages everyone around her. Shannon’s an integral part of the Stratacomm family, happy to help any team member or client in need when necessary. We’re looking forward to the next 17 years with this team player.

Jessie LeTarte, assistant account executive, is our Detroit office winner. Since joining the team in January 2015 as an intern, Jessie has been nothing short of a team player. She enthusiastically completes any task that comes her way and does it with a smile. An indispensable member of the team, Jessie is always willing to step in where there’s a need. She has continuously showed her commitment to the success of Stratacomm and our clients and we’re lucky to have her on our team.

Winners are determined based on votes cast by their peers. As a keepsake, they are presented with an engraved oar, as pictured above. The oar symbolizes that together, we move forward toward a common goal that can’t be reached individually.

Team players are essential to the continued success of Stratacomm. While Shannon and Jessie are unique in who they are as individuals and the overall value they provide the firm, both exemplify the traits we seek in Stratacomm team members: commitment to the firm’s success, passion for the work and the success of the people around them, and a genuine collaborative nature.

Congratulations again to Shannon and Jessie!
