Here’s Just Some of What We Offer

Competitive Benefits

We offer competitive market-based compensation, an incentive bonus program and a comprehensive benefits plan including medical/mental health/wellness, dental, vision, FSA program, life insurance, paid short- and long-term disability, EAP program, and 401(k) plan and match.

Continuous Learning

We seek out team members who value intellectual curiosity and want to share knowledge with others. Through Stratacomm University and outside trainings, we invest in a culture of continuous learning.  Trainings focus on developing core skills, building knowledge and even building one’s personal brand to facilitate ongoing professional progress.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging

We seek to recruit, retain and reward diverse people, personalities and talents. We foster an inclusive culture where no matter someone’s gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, age, sexual orientation or identity, education or disability, they are valued, respected and treated equitably. As deeds must match words, we are actively working to ensure our company continues to put these values into action and we hold ourselves accountable for ongoing progress on all fronts.

Strong Ethics

We insist on conducting business and cultivating our company culture with honesty, integrity, transparency and the highest professional standards. In our most recent client survey, 100% of our clients agree we maintain the highest ethical standards and practices.

But wait…there’s more!

We are flexible with working from home and adaptable work hours. This was part of our culture long before the coronavirus pandemic required it. When we are onsite in an office setting, our team dresses for their day – casual in the office and turning it up when appropriate – and our days include fully stocked fridges with options for the snobbiest of water snobs, group outings, happy hours, podcast/book discussions, service days and more. In person or via Zoom/Microsoft Teams, we collaborate and support each other. Don’t get us started on whether dogs, cats or lizards are better. And yeah, the sound of good-hearted laughter is not a rarity.
