Kristi is chief client officer and senior partner at Stratacomm. She leads the agency’s client leadership department, ensuring every engagement delivers a best-in-class client experience, with clear strategic direction and seamless coordination across disciplines. 

With nearly 25 years of experience, Kristi helps organizations navigate high-stakes moments and build reputations that drive business results—from executive visibility initiatives and major launches to crisis communications and complex stakeholder engagement. She has led Stratacomm’s engagement with Nissan in the U.S. for more than 12 years and has worked with brands including INFINITI, Magna International, Johnson Controls, Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks, Chrysler (now Stellantis) and General Motors. 

She is an alumna of the Detroit Regional Chamber’s Leadership Detroit program and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Michigan.
