Aly leads people operations and HR strategy at Stratacomm, overseeing talent acquisition, compensation, benefits and employee engagement. With more than a decade of experience in people operations, she is a trusted advisor and member of Stratacomm’s executive team, supporting the agency’s growth and evolution.  

Aly brings deep expertise in inclusive leadership and change management, helping high-growth organizations build strong cultures, navigate change and perform at their best. She is committed to creating a positive, high-performing work environment and ensuring Stratacomm attracts, retains and develops top talent. 

She earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of New Hampshire and a master’s in business administration from the University of Maryland.
