Florence brings deep knowledge in campaign development, project management, paid media strategies, stakeholder engagement and content marketing. On top of her master’s degree in international business development from the University of Neuchatel, Switzerland, Florence holds a certificate in content marketing from the School of New York Times and a certificate in communicating in crisis from George Washington University. Florence was also the keynote speaker at Facebook Headquarters in Washington, D.C., presenting key campaign outreach efforts in digital diplomacy. Florence is bilingual in French and English.
