Jacqueline has nearly 20 years of experience leading marketing communications campaigns for a broad range of clients including federal agencies, trade associations, non-profits and corporate entities. As a partner at Stratacomm, she sets strategic direction and builds strong teams to implement successful marketing and public outreach initiatives.
She specializes in strategic communications planning, marketing and advocacy campaigns, and stakeholder engagement. Jacqueline provides solution-focused thinking and innovative execution, helping clients engage stakeholders and reach their audiences to drive mission success.
With deep expertise in both government communications and issue advocacy, she guides organizations through complex public outreach initiatives that require strategic clarity and purpose-driven messaging. Her experience includes program leadership, advertising, internal and external communications, and digital services.
In addition to leading and counseling a wide range of Stratacomm’s association and corporate clients over the past decade, Jacqueline has led Stratacomm’s work at a number of agencies within the U.S. Department of Transportation—most notably the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), overseeing national marketing campaigns and shaping public outreach strategy. Since 2015 she spearheaded the launch of FMCSA’s signature consumer safety campaign, helped expand the agencies digital presence on to new and emerging platforms, and built robust partnership opportunities with industry and safety stakeholders.
Before joining Stratacomm in 2015, Jacqueline built her account management, marketing and communications skills at Avoq (formerly Home Front Communications) out of both their D.C. and New York City offices, supporting a wide range of clients with a focus on creative advocacy campaigns.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and served as President and Board Member for Washington Women in Public Relations (WWPR) from 2019–2023.
