Jennifer has nearly 20 years of strategic communications and advertising expertise, with a strong focus on transportation and public safety. A partner at Stratacomm, she leads programs rooted in research, strategy, creative development, paid media, high-impact events and campaign measurement.
She specializes in integrated marketing campaigns that inspire behavioral change through compelling creative and data-driven insights. Jennifer is known for blending strategic vision with operational discipline, building processes that drive performance, accountability and measurable outcomes.
With a deep background in traffic safety and government communications, she helps clients tackle complex advertising challenges requiring both creative ingenuity and technical accuracy. Her experience spans multi-platform campaign development, production, stakeholder engagement, media relations and team leadership.
For more than a decade , Jennifer has led Stratacomm’s integrated traffic safety marketing work for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). She played a key role in launching the agency’s award-winning national recall campaign—the largest in U.S. history—and oversaw strategy for iconic efforts like “Click It or Ticket” and “Put the Phone Away or Pay.”
Earlier in her career, Jennifer served as a communications specialist for Arlington County Government, managing high-profile multimodal transportation communications and acting as the county’s spokesperson.
She holds a Master of Arts in Journalism and Public Affairs from American University, a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Elon University, and a certificate in Agile Project Management from the American Marketing Association. She previously served as a board member and secretary of WTS-DC from 2015—2021 and today facilitates WTS-DC’s Executive Women’s Roundtable.
