When a Federal client needed to roll out new project management software to their staff, they faced user resistance. They set a goal to train 50% of core internal users on how to use the new platform. Realizing that communications would be critical to meeting this goal, Stratacomm delivered a comprehensive change management strategy.
Key Results:
- Achieved 100% training attendance from core target group (double the goal) – the 96 people comprising our core target group attended a training, even though it was not mandatory
- 84% completed post-training surveys with overwhelmingly positive feedback
- 435 of 436 survey questions received positive responses
- Multiple employee communications touchpoints: newsletters, magazine features, posters, intranet banners, targeted emails
By transforming a typical software rollout into comprehensive change management, we proved strategic internal communications can turn even skeptical users into enthusiastic adopters.
