Stratacomm Restructures, Adds Talent to Support Expanded Creative and Advertising Capabilities

Stratacomm announced today an internal restructuring and series of new hires that strengthen its integrated communications offerings. The agency’s evolution supports recent client growth, augmenting Stratacomm’s traditional strength in public relations, marketing, digital outreach and issues advocacy with a deeper bench covering the full spectrum of creative services and paid advertising.

“Stratacomm is committed to evaluating and adding new capabilities and talent in this dynamic communications environment,” said Bill Buff, managing partner, Stratacomm LLC. “This evolution allows us to better deliver the range of services that today’s brands, causes and advocates require from their communications partners, for both short-term campaigns as well as multiyear efforts.”

Stratacomm announced the following new hires and personnel promotions:

  • Kristin Calandro Tyll is promoted to managing director in Detroit. Bringing 16 years of experience working with Stratacomm clients, Tyll, a Stratacomm partner and senior vice president, now also oversees the day-to-day operations of the agency’s Michigan office.
  • Sharon Hegarty, senior partner and senior vice president, is named Stratacomm partner responsible for agency-wide marketing. In addition to servicing clients, Hegarty is focused on enhancing visibility for Stratacomm’s full-service integrated marketing offerings, including the agency’s newly expanded paid marketing capabilities.
  • Eddie Prentiss joins Stratacomm as executive creative director. Much of Prentiss’ career focused on engaging millennials as he created campaigns and led creative teams for major brands including Target, K2, Pepsi and Jim Beam. Prentiss, a former captain in the U.S. Army Reserves, will lead Stratacomm’s growing creative studio overseeing all content and creative strategies, including design, branding, copywriting and web development.
  • Anna Albert joins Stratacomm as a vice president. Albert is an experienced program manager having worked on major advertising accounts in the transportation and pharmaceutical space prior to joining Stratacomm. In her new role, Albert will provide account service and project oversight for a growing roster of government and private-sector clients.
  • Lisa Flowers joins Stratacomm as an account director and will support clients with digital communications, media relations, creative strategy and campaign planning. Flowers offers more than two decades of experience leading communications and marketing strategies in corporate and product communications roles in the government, association and nonprofit worlds.

“Stratacomm clients will benefit from the new and expanded roles played by this seasoned, passionate group of communications pros,” concluded Buff. Stratacomm’s restructuring allows for more robust support for its omnichannel clients looking to engage with audiences seamlessly across multiple communications platforms.
