Charlotte has nearly 30 years of experience helping clients achieve their goals. As a partner at Stratacomm, she manages integrated communications programs for the Departments of Energy and Transportation, trade associations and industry clients. 

She is a trusted expert in internal communications, stakeholder engagement and public affairs, particularly on complex issues in the energy and transportation landscape. Known for bringing ideas to life through collaboration, detailed execution and practical problem-solving, Charlotte delivers strategies that turn vision into measurable impact. 

With deep roots in meeting and trade show production, she helps organizations navigate intricate event planning and communications challenges. Her expertise spans strategic planning, stakeholder outreach, media relations, digital and social media management, and complex event production. 

Charlotte leads Stratacomm’s support for the U.S. Department of Energy, helping  establish our support for the National Energy Technology Laboratory, Energy Communities IWG and Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations. Under her leadership, campaigns have received prestigious honors, including the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Silver Anvil Award and National Association of Government Communicators (NAGC) Blue Pencil Award. 

 
Before joining Stratacomm in 2005, Charlotte built her event and marketing expertise at The Freeman Companies, managing large-scale conferences, exhibits and trade shows while fostering strong industry relationships. 
 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Davidson College, where she is an active alumna and received the Alumni Service Award for outstanding dedication to the college.
