Karah is a seasoned communications strategist and partner at Stratacomm, bringing more than two decades of experience leading integrated marketing, public relations and advertising programs that drive measurable results. She specializes in crafting data-informed strategies that connect brands with the audiences that matter most—across platforms, sectors and industries.
Karah leads integrated campaigns for leading consumer brands, automotive suppliers, federal agencies and associations. Her strength lies in blending strategic vision with creative storytelling to build brand affinity and deliver impact.
Since joining Stratacomm in 2007, Karah’s award-winning campaigns have elevated brand visibility, generated national media coverage and expanded market share. She also co-founded the agency’s Common Threads Council in 2020 and actively advances efforts to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all employees.
Karah earns the confidence of clients by consistently delivering strategic counsel, clear direction and measurable outcomes. She guides cross-functional teams through complex projects, ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency at every stage. Her ability to manage high-stakes campaigns and dynamic priorities makes her a trusted partner to clients across industries.
Prior to Stratacomm, Karah worked at a boutique marketing and public relations agency where she gained experience in media relations and content development for clients in finance, healthcare, law and real estate.
She holds a Master of Arts in Public Relations and Organizational Communication from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Michigan State University. She previously served on the Board of Directors for PRSA’s Detroit Chapter and East Central District.
