Travis has more than 20 years of integrated marketing and communications strategy expertise. As chief strategy officer at Stratacomm, he architects the strategic frameworks, methodologies and quality standards that guide the agency’s work across its transportation and energy portfolios, ensuring every engagement is grounded in disciplined, insight-driven strategic thinking and aligned across multiple executional channels.
Travis’s role is equal parts architect and capacity builder. He designs the systems and processes that enable Stratacomm’s teams to deliver rigorous strategy at scale while coaching and developing the next generation of strategic thinkers across the organization. Drawing on extensive experience in consumer-facing campaigns, federal agency partnerships and complex regulatory environments, Travis enjoys offering counsel on the agency’s highest-stakes pursuits and client relationships. He specializes in translating policy nuances and technical requirements into integrated communications strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
For five years, Travis also served as program manager for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s national media and marketing contract, leading integrated traffic safety campaigns that earned multiple industry awards, including American Advertising Gold and Silver awards, MarCom Gold awards and Telly awards.
Travis holds a bachelor’s degree from Drew University.
