Stratacomm Partners Buy Back Firm Ownership

The leaders of Stratacomm LLC today announced restructured ownership of the strategic communications consultancy. Stratacomm’s partnership group reacquired majority ownership and control of the company. The equity transaction closed earlier this year and, after a brief transition period, the firm is now a self-sufficient company that is independently managed and operated by Stratacomm partners.
