We are flexible with working from anywhere and adaptable work hours. This was part of our culture long before the coronavirus pandemic required it. When we are onsite in an office setting, our team dresses for their day – casual in the office and turning it up when appropriate – and our days include fully stocked fridges with options for the snobbiest of water snobs, group outings, happy hours, podcast/book discussions, service days and more. In person or via Zoom/Microsoft Teams, we collaborate and support each other. Don’t get us started on whether dogs, cats or lizards are better. And yeah, the sound of good-hearted laughter is not a rarity.
