Bill Buff

My role at Stratacomm involves being a campaign manager, public affairs communicator and co-leader of the agency. I support clients by crafting the right messages and campaigns through the careful combination of research, strategic planning, media relations, stakeholder activation, coalition building, advertising, digital outreach, high-profile events and personal contacts. Along the way, I’ve also learned the ins-and-outs of federal government procurement and contracts administration.
