Stratacomm Rocks Client & Employee Surveys

Stratacomm Rocks Client & Employee Surveys

“Hire great people to do great work, have fun – and business success will follow.”

Stratacomm was founded under this simple premise a quarter century ago and it fuels our continued success today. Our clients stand by us, we’re adding new ones and expanding our team. And yet Stratacomm’s underlying secret sauce is not so secret. It includes two main ingredients: client service and employee engagement.

Clients always come first – we only succeed when we help them succeed. So, as a research-driven firm, Stratacomm asks PwC to survey our clients annually. The results are humbling. Among the client survey highlights:

  • 100% say Stratacomm provides insights and creative solutions that provide desired results
  • 100% say our firm collaborates well with their internal team and other partners
  • 96% say, if they had to do it over again, they would still hire Stratacomm
  • 96% say Stratacomm uses strategic thinking to help solve their business challenges
  • 96% say Stratacomm maintains the highest ethical standards and practices
  • 95% say their Stratacomm account leader does an excellent job leading the team
  • 95% say they will continue their work with Stratacomm in 2018
  • 91% say they consider themselves a favorable reference
  • 0% say they intend to replace Stratacomm with a competing firm in 2018

“Year-over-year, Stratacomm’s client survey results are consistently strong and, headed into this year, the firm earned exceptionally high levels of client loyalty,” noted Joshua Freed, senior associate at PwC. “Across categories, it’s clear Stratacomm’s clients place high value on the firm’s people, services and results.”

Our clients, however, only succeed through the great work of our team. So, we strive to recruit, retain and reward diverse individuals with diverse talents who come together as one to embrace our company values. In return, we actively support them. Last year everyone received technology upgrades to their laptops, tablets and dual-monitors. This year we invested in additional training options and just announced a pilot “take what you need” open vacation policy. Overall, we carefully nurture and fiercely protect our company culture to ensure Stratacomm remains a great place to work. Annually, we conduct an internal anonymous survey to ask them how we’re doing. Here, too, the results are humbling. Among the employee survey highlights:

  • 100% say they are afforded the opportunity to perform meaningful work
  • 100% say Stratacomm promotes ethical standards that guide business decisions
  • 100% say Stratacomm provides a comprehensive benefits package
  • 95% say Stratacomm lives its core values of client service, high standards and delivering results
  • 95% say their ideas are valued
  • 94% say they are proud to work here and recommend Stratacomm as a good place to work
  • 94% say their colleagues provide excellent client service
  • 94% say Stratacomm provides programs that support their personal and professional needs

“The company culture is very strong,” according to a typical comment from the survey. “There is an overall passion for the work and clients, plenty of opportunities to learn and grow … it’s easy to tell the company’s success is everyone’s success.”

There you have it. Stratacomm clients are overwhelmingly positive about working with us – and our people are overwhelmingly positive about working here. To our clients and our team, the Stratacomm partners respond, “thank you.”
