Stratacomm is off to a roaring start for 2021, and it’s our people and our culture fueling the agency’s surge. We’re thrilled to share the newest additions to our agency family.

• • Francine Housier, in a newly created position as director of people and culture, will ensure Stratacomm remains a best-in-class workplace by supporting employees, leading recruitment, training and compliance, and crafting and maintaining ever-evolving policies and programs to support the agency overall. A certified professional in human resources (PHR), Francine brings nearly 15 years of experience, joining from her most recent role as human resources director and chief of staff at Blue Water Baltimore, an environmental non-profit organization. She previously worked in human resources (HR) for Johns Hopkins University, the Nature Conservancy and ran her own HR consultancy. Francine will be based in the agency’s Washington, D.C. office.

• • Agatha Aramayo joins Stratacomm’s Washington, D.C. team as an account director. She offers 10 years of experience, most recently serving as a marketing and communications senior consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton supporting federal clients, as well as events featuring Barack Obama, Oprah Winfrey and Seth Godin. Fluent in Spanish, Agatha also worked at a multi-cultural agency and worked on Spanish-language public service announcements for smoking cessation and the Affordable Care Act. Agatha will support Stratacomm’s long-time client accounts—the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and Norfolk Southern, among others.

• • Abigail Taylor will primarily support the Washington, D.C. team’s work on the agency’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration advertising account as a senior account executive. Her agency background includes digital, advertising, and national integrated communications campaigns, including for Home Depot.
