Stratacomm recently added Aly Nesson as director of people and culture, bringing experience in helping foster vibrant company cultures that attract, retain and reward top talent to help organizations grow. She understands both business and people, and her approach aligns with Stratacomm’s focus on scaling up the agency while staying true to our bedrock company values. 

Nesson brings more than a decade of experience in department building and change management experience in high-growth organizations. Skilled at creating equitable compensation structures capable of scaling with growth, she’s also a seasoned M&A professional, committed to advancing DEI, and experienced in culture development and integration.

Previously, Nesson was head of people at With Double, an industry leader specializing in AI technology to provide remote assistants for executive support. Before that, she was director of human resources for Bonterra Tech, the second-largest social good software company in the world, with more than 450 employees globally.

Nesson earned her bachelor’s in political science from the University of New Hampshire and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland. She lives in Chevy Chase, MD.
